Donald Gates is the founder and principal of The Gates Group, a multi-faceted agency working with pastors and ministry leaders across the country on a variety of literary and ministry endeavors as well as consulting engagements. Prior to starting his own venture, Don was the Vice President of Marketing for Zondervan Publishing. He has collaborated with some of the most accomplished authors and leaders in the Church today, including Rick Warren, Chuck Colson, Anne Graham Lotz, Philip Yancey, Lee Strobel, Ann Voskamp, Kyle Idleman, Mark Batterson & Max Lucado.
