Soccer, athletics, and being in motion – driving in the city at sundown with no destination in mind – just sight seeing and enjoying nature.
PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION:
From a Christian perspective, my philosophy of education is that a Christian liberal arts education does not necessarily delineate a special kind of education exclusively reserved for Christians. I believe that Christians should not see themselves as a special/segregated part of the rest of society, but rather an integral part where we live-out our faith and convictions in our capacities as students, teachers, or workers in a normal or secular school or working place. To this effect therefore, I believe that the goal of a Christian liberal arts education is to support and challenge students in developing and using the gifts they have been given by God in a responsible way.
