Dr. Journeay enjoys reading psychology and communication books, listening to podcasts, going on beach walks, making jewelry, perusing farmers markets and craft fairs, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Communication is at the heart of all the meaningful relationships we encounter in our lives. These relationships may be in the workplace or in our personal lives. Through the study of healthy and competent communication, we begin the lifelong process of learning how to build trust, accomplish goals, and positively transform the world around us.
