A Southern Californian, Scott majored in Church Ministry at HIU. While still enrolled at HIU Scott served at Downey First Christian Church, first as a youth associate and then as Youth Pastor. Scott married the love of his life, Linda, and they moved to First Christian Church of Huntington Beach, where he is Senior Pastor, after serving as Youth Pastor. In 2006 he graduated with a Master’s Degree in ministry from Pepperdine University. Scott, Linda, and their two children are privileged to be part of a church that is sold out to its mission of Leading people to recklessly follow Jesus.
