Associate Pastor to work alongside our Lead Pastor. Major areas of ministry would be Worship (60%) and Student Ministry (40%). Expertise in worship leading (instrumental and vocal) a requisite. Knowledge of emerging technologies a definite plus. This person would also be our student pastor; so ability to communicate with teens and help them learn to follow Jesus are very important.
