Washington Heights seeks a passionate and dynamic Preteen Pastor to lead, nurture, and equip 4th-6th graders in their faith journey. This role is crucial in creating a vibrant and engaging environment where preteens can encounter Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their discipleship.

Gifted with relational skills
Ability to recognize and involve people in their area of giftedness
Proven ability to facilitate ministry programs
Ability to develop and track budgets
Personal Characteristics & Qualifications
Deep personal faith in Jesus Christ and a passion for working with preteens.
Bachelor's degree in Theology, Youth Ministry, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in youth ministry or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
