2. After the initial contact, we ask that you submit a brief resume and (or) biography.
3. Upon receipt and review of your information, we will send you a questionnaire regarding your specific skills and some doctrinal questions that are asked of all applicants.
4. We may ask you to visit us (at our expense) so we can meet.
5. After prayerful consideration, a final determination will be made regarding your interest in fulfilling our need.
