Develop a spiritual vision for the HCC youth ministry that fits the greater vision of the church that is established by the Elders and pastoral staff. Oversee and conduct regular weekly youth ministry services, periodic events, summer camps, and other modes of ministry and outreach. This includes primary leadership of multiple summer camps at Pleasant Valley Camp. Conduct an effective ministry of preaching and teaching the Word of God with excellent communication skills to motivate youth
