This role leads, oversees, and coordinates the larger mission of Outlook Christian Church’s Children’s Ministry (infant-5th grade) by providing a vision and the necessary infrastructure to enact this vision. This is done by planning the overarching vision for Children’s, coordinating with the pastoral staff and volunteers, and serving hands-on as needed.
