Lead: The Senior/Lead Minister is expected to lead and shepherd the congregation alongside the Elders, working together to create long-range goals and carry out KRCC's mission within our church and community. Minister: The Senior/Lead Minister is expected to prepare and preach scripturally accurate, relevant sermons each Sunday, as well as participate in leading Bible Study and grow disciples within smaller group settings.
