The Executive Pastor will serve in a role to: • Lead the mission of helping people take next steps with Jesus by developing disciples who make disciples by guiding people through The Core Steps. • Protect and filter decisions through Impact’s communication plans based on our vision and values. • Work collaboratively with the Lead Pastor to move strategic plans forward. • Resource, guide, and empower the staff of Impact. • Lead the way on culture building with the Impact staff.
