The role of the Kids Ministry Lead at Fork Christian Church is to cast vision and direction for FCC Kids (birth-5th grade) under the overall church-wide mission of being “Imperfect people pursuing a Perfect God.” In addition to this, they will provide oversight while creating an empowerment culture all throughout the FCC Kids’ ministry.

A strong candidate will have experience directing a children’s ministry, showing they can lead teams of volunteers to lead and support the ministry well.
They will be passionate about leading kids, partnering with parents, empowering volunteers, and developing a healthy, complete ministry.
