The Associate Worship Leader / Production Director's Responsibilities Include: As an Associate Worship Leader: Participate as a regularly scheduled music team member as needed Lead the music team and congregation from the stage as the Worship Leader as needed Understand and supervise the multitrack management for the Music Team Manage the weekly Playback/Multitracks set and automation as needed As Production Director he or she will be responsible for: Audio, Visual, and Lighting

Education & Experience
College Degree preferred
2 years experience in leading worship and worship production.

Has an overwhelming desire to see people connected to VVCC’s community.
Is self-aware and has a sense of humor.
