Lead the church, teach the word, shepherd the flock, conduct programs (weddings, funerals, special occasions), manage the staff, oversee finance, oversee church ministries, provide reporting to the elders and the congregation. Candidate must be an ordained minister. A bachelor's degree and/or graduate degree from a seminary is required. Strong preference given to a degree from a Restoration Movement Bible College. Minimum of 7 years of pastoral experience.
