The qualities we desire in the Senior Pastor are: • A visionary leader with a passion for God including a commitment to discipleship, evangelism, and missions. • A team builder willing to mentor, support and empower the church body, working together to develop goals the church can responsibly achieve. • A preacher and teacher, able to communicate the scripture in a way that motivates and equips the congregation (Eph 4:11-12)
