Your main responsibility is to oversee and grow our youth and young adult ministry from Jr High to College and Career. To engage with the local FCA and Campus Life ministries and to organize community outreach and missions trips for the youth. Being bi-lingual is a plus, not a requirement. Our county is 90% Hispanic. We are a desert community where the summers get very hot. Outdoor reaction is huge here for Jeeping, hiking and riding the sand dunes. We are 90 miles from San Diego.
