PURPOSE: The purpose of the Kids Ministry Director is to provide vision and organizational leadership for Kids Ministry (Birth-5th grades) and to demonstrate growth spiritually and numerically in the areas of group building, worship, discipleship, mission, and outreach. EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT: Bachelor’s degree in Children’s Ministry or related education. EXPERIENCE: Minimum one-year experience in youth ministry, youth guidance, or other Christ-centered related teaching.
