The High School Pastor is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the spiritual growth and development of high school students. The High School Pastor will oversee the high school program providing pastoral care to students, parents and the high school volunteer staff. This position will be a contributing member to the Family Ministries Team and the Ministry Staff.
Application Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field related to ministry, required
3+ years of ministry experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Regularly attends a Calvary Church of Los Gatos weekend Service
Able to be an example of faith to Calvary staff, attendees and those outside the Church
Able to work well as part of the overall Calvary team and within the Calvary staff plumblines
Personal Characteristics & Qualifications
Active follower of Christ exhibiting a teachable spirit and a servant’s heart, demonstrating the fruit of the Spirit in his/her life
Maintains a lifestyle consistent with the life and teachings of Jesus Christ and Scripture
