The Lindale Campus Pastor at Rose Heights Church serves as the primary leader in moving the vision of Rose Heights Church forward at the local campus and creating the structure to support future growth at the local campus. This position will focus on overseeing the discipling and mobilization of teams for effective vision and ministry at the campus level. The Campus Pastor will also lead and oversee the campus location as an extension of Rose Heights Church, replicating the vision and spiritual

Education & Experience
High School Diploma required.
Pastoral License/Ordination required.
A strong understanding of and commitment to a balanced Pentecostal/Charismatic theology.
Experience in starting, leading, and overseeing discipleship groups.
3+ years of full-time ministry experience.
Spiritually mature.
