Student Ministry Leadership: Lead and facilitate small group sessions for students on Weds Nights. Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for student discipleship and spiritual growth. Volunteer Oversight: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers involved in the student ministry Teaching and Preaching:Prepare and deliver engaging and relevant messages to students. Teach in the adult congregation several times a year, as requested by the Lead Pastor.
