Duties and Responsibilities: The Youth Director, who reports to the Lead Pastor, will be a spiritual, relational, and organizational leader who develops and shepherds a broad range of youth ministries. As the Youth Director at Christ the King Church, you will work alongside the Lead Pastor and other church staff to plan weekly ministries and special youth events to further the mission of Christ the King.
