We are looking to hire a "Family Minister". The role would be primarily focused on developing our current youth ministry and then also overseeing our team of volunteers that work with our children. The role can evolve, as we desire the ministry to fit into the giftedness of the minister. We have a great staff culture where each minister has an equal voice and all of our staff has held multiple ministry roles and loves to come beside each other.
