Position Summary:
The Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator coordinates with the Vice President for Enrollment Management in developing and implementing recruitment and marketing strategies to achieve University enrollment goals. This position requires strong analytical skills that lead to data-driven decisions, graphic design proficiency, and professional experience in the use of technology.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Essential Knowledge and Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and software literacy (internet, e-mail, web applications, and MS Office). Understanding of project management. Experience working with a print shop and packaging files for print.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Experience managing or contributing to social media channels for a brand. Copywriting experience or interest in content writing. HTML/ CSS basic knowledge of web and HTML email standards. Video production and editing skills are a plus.
Mental Demands: Self-directed, proactive, and able to take initiative; highly organized, detail- and multi-task oriented; able to set priorities and responsibilities; competent in problem-solving; able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and various cultural backgrounds.
Visual Demands: Extended computer monitor viewing, proofreading, photocopying, filing, and quality control
Physical Demands: Extended time at keyboard/computer monitor and telephone; some travel
Environment: Varying pace from moderate to very busy, service-oriented, and multi-cultural. Extensive contact with support staff, faculty, students, prospective students, church leaders, and the public.
Character: Must embody Christian character and actively participate in a local church.
Organizational Relationship: Reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM)
Position Status: Non-Exempt, Full-time (Occasional evening and weekend work required)
Hiring Range: $28.00 – 30.00 Hourly
