Jamie Hofman joins Hope after being the Assistant Coach at Inland Valley Force since November 2023. Hofman's previous coaching experience includes being the Head Beach Volleyball Coach from 2016 to 2018 at Riverside City College where she helped start the program and lead the number ones to a top 16 finish at the state championships. Over the next two years she led them to third place finishes in the Orange Empire Conference with the number one and two teams going to the state championship and was also named Orange Empire Conference Coach of the Year in 2018. She also served as the Assistant Volleyball Coach for Riverside City College from 2013 to 2018 and has several years of experience as a club coach with Rancho Valley Volleyball Club and Temecula Viper Volleyball Club.

An accomplished athlete herself Hofman led Baptist Christian School to four CIF Division V Championships and was named Division V Player of the Year, was a two time League MVP a three time All-CIF selection and four time First Team All-League selection. She then attended UC Riverside for four years where she majored in Liberal Arts and was named to the Big West All Conference Freshman Team in 2002, and was All-Big West First Team in 2004 and 2005. She also holds the record for most kills in a season and career for UCR and is the fourth player in school history to record 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs. She would leave school to play for the USA Women's National Volleyball Team and went on to play professionally in Puerto Rico, France, Cypress, Finland, Croatia and Switzerland.
