Under the supervision of the Director of Traditional Undergraduate Admissions, this position assists in the numeric growth in undergraduate programs and participates in recruitment and marketing efforts aimed at increasing prospective students for the University.

Admissions Tele-counselor (Two positions available)
This position is responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admission to the online and graduate programs in accordance to university policies and regulations. The Admissions Tele-counselor will conduct a high quantity of prospect phone contacts to secure appointments and interview activity, and conduct follow-up activity with unresolved interviewees and future class applicants.

Financial Aid Counselor (Online Undergrad and Graduate)
The Financial Aid Counselor will counsel students and parents about financial aid programs; provide general financial aid information to students and the community and assist in the daily operations of the Financial Aid office. The incumbent evaluates applications; packages need and merit-based aid; represents the University to students and parents at outreach activities and with public and private organizations and attends training workshops and conferences; keeps informed of changes to Financial Aid programs to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as institutional policies.
