The GMSA Constitution was last amended on November 29, 2005.

Members

All Management students in good standing with the University are regular members of the Association.
All Management Alumni are considered as Associates of GMSA.
All Management Department faculty and staff are considered as ex-officio, non-voting members of GMSA.
