Rabe has been a member and officer in over twenty professional organizations, presented more than fifty professional presentations at state, national and international meetings, published over twenty-five articles and three books and directed seminars in some thirty countries worldwide.
HOBBIES/INTERESTS:
I enjoy teaching the Bible, teaching university undergraduate and graduate students, reading about leadership, being involved in the local church, working with needy people, gardening, jogging, cutting wood and driving my tractors on the farm.

My personal mission is to dedicate my self to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and try to follow Him and influence others to do the same while serving those in need. Favorite Quote: TEAM—Together Everyone Accomplishes More. Favorite Scripture: Mathew 6:33 NASB—“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.” Philosophy of Education: We learn by doing—See one, do one and show one.
