Financial Aid

Hope International University participates in many excellent financial programs to assist students in the completion of a degree(s).

  1. Pell Grant- Students pursuing a Teacher Credential Certificate may be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant.
    2. Federal Stafford Loans.
  2. Cal Grant T- Loan forgiveness program for Teacher Credential Students (Subject to State budget availability). Deadline: June 1st.
  3. Assumption Program of Loans for Education (APLE). Deadline: July 1st.
  4. Graduate Grants- Partial assistantships and scholarships are available from the School of Graduate Studies. The Department Chairperson and the Dean of the School of Graduate Studies review and approve these grants. For an application, please contact your program coordinator. Recipients of these limited scholarships are usually full-time indigenous professionals working in heir home countries while enrolled in graduate programs and employees of mission organizations and institutions.
