COM6900 Grants/Proposals Lab (3)
This course explores the process of grants and proposal development for non-profit organizations. It examines the principles of grant writing including the development of proposals for funding, membership drives, identification of various sources for grants, contact development, direct mail or solicitation, use of the telephone, radio, or television, and profit-making ventures in nonprofit organizations. Case studies and small group assignments reinforce the learning process.
