Treasures n’ Beyond (The Heirloom Shoppe)
Fall Fling Sale November 9-10

Treasures n’ Beyond, formerly called The Heirloom Shoppe, which is the University thrift store, will be holding its annual Fall Fling on Friday, Nov. 9, and Saturday Nov.10, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The special sale will feature Christmas items, Christmas houses, “glitzy” watches and bracelets and jewelry as well as toys, collectibles, stuffed animals, picture frames, baskets, crystal and glass ware, ladies dresses, and much more. The store is currently seeking additional volunteers and donations to help with the Fall Fling sale.

Treasures n’ Beyond was established by the Pacific Christian Women’s Association as a way of supporting the students of Hope International University (HIU). Profits made from the sale of donated items are sent to HIU to fund projects and scholarships. Last year, the Shoppe gave $21,000 to the University.

Since its doors opened in 1984, Treasures n’ Beyond has donated over $850,000 to HIU for scholarships and projects. Located at 400 E. Commonwealth Ave in Fullerton and staffed with volunteers from HIU, the community, and local churches, the store is managed by Katherine Rowe, wife of Dr. John Rowe, Liaison to the Treasures n’ Beyond  and Senior Development Officer at Hope.

Contact Katherine Rowe on Mondays or Ruth Mullikin on Wednesdays between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 714-447-3016 for information on donations and volunteering.
