Sasha Chang holds a B.A. in Biology from Asbury University and a Masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Biola University. With her third culture background, Sasha has a passion for cultures, arts, and languages. Her role as the Director of International Student Programs includes assisting international students in their unique cultural adjustments and transitions as well as facilitating awareness, understanding, and appreciation for diversity in the campus community. Sasha also oversees the ESL department in the areas of admissions, placement testing, and faculty and student support.

Judy Kim has served in the position of ISP Assistant since June 2010. Her role as the ISP Assistant includes helping all international students in their transition to living and studying in the United States, coordinating international student activities, and assisting the Director of ISP in facilitating cultural awareness and intercultural communication on campus. Judy has a B.A. in Psychology from University of California, San Diego and an M.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from California State University, Fullerton.
