10/1/2008 - Royals Tie #16 Concordia- Still Unbeaten Irvine, CA- On a warm Tuesday afternoon, the Royals were 13 minutes away from their first victory ever against #16 Concordia. Unfortunately, the Eagles scored and eventually forced double overtime with the match ending in a 1-1 tie. Sophomore Harmony Pruett scored the lone goal for the Royals in the first half while Freshman Goalkeeper Kala Gabler preserved the tie with an outstanding save with 34 seconds left in the second overtime. more...
