Director of Marketing & Community Relations

Oversees the representation of a positive organizational image to the general public, clients, churches, stakeholders and the community. Creates and maintains overall University marketing plan with a goal of increasing recruitment numbers and establishing stronger brand recognition. Establishes ongoing strategies to meet organizational goals. Oversees all marketing, public relations, advertising and promotional staff, agencies and activities. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Provides on-going recommendations to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement related to marketing strategies, new campaigns, and overall progress of marketing efforts. This position reports to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
