Frank Scotti was appointed Vice President for Business and Finance in March, 2010. Mr. Scotti is an experienced senior executive whose career in business has developed in medium and large corporations over the past thirty years. His track record is that of driving substantial growth (50%+ for a mid-sized company and $290M for a division of a Fortune 500 enterprise) and helping companies generate successful business growth models. Mr. Scotti is also adept at the operational aspects of a corporation, and has first-hand experience in dealing with the business challenges impacting small companies and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Scotti’s specialized business knowledge is broad in scope due to his successful multi-year tenures as the President of a mid-sized regional company comprised of retail, wholesale, and manufacturing divisions as well as the Chief Operating Officer for a Fortune 500 firm. Following those positions, he provided senior-level consulting to assist clients with revenue growth, strategic and financial planning, leadership development, and business operations as the Principal of Scotti and Associates, Inc.

Mr. Scotti served as an Associate Professor of Finance and Management at Biola University for three years. He has also taught in the business schools of the University of Phoenix, Hope International University, and the University of California, Irvine. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University (MBA) and California State University, Fullerton (B.A., Business Administration). In addition to his involvement in business consulting, Mr. Scotti is active in the business community as a member of Vistage International, the world’s largest CEO membership organization.

He is passionate about higher education and serving young men and women to develop the skills and abilities necessary to conduct business as ministry and impact the world for Christ. Mr. Scotti and his wife Kim have been active members of Eastside Christian Church for the past eighteen years, serving in a variety of leadership capacities including elder, finance chairman, adult Bible fellowship leader, and numerous volunteer capacities. The Scotti’s have three children: Leah, Stephen, and David, and have resided in Fullerton for the past sixteen years.
